It's been a while since this sparkly Mandalay dress made an appearance. It was first spotted on Pretty Little Liar Troian Bellisario at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards in August. Now, it's made a surprise encore on Selena Gomez—who knew it came in pink!
Troian wore a black-and-silver version of the frock, which felt very Art Deco glam. She paired her dress with black pumps and a bedazzled clutch. Selena on the other hand opted for hot pink, giving her a pop princess feel. She matched her dress with sensible gold ballet flats and a microphone. Both gals wore their hair loose and wavy with minimal makeup.
